This is a completed vintage 1975 Sunset Designs Crewel Embroidery kit piece. It's a Patchwork Teddy Bear and has plastic googly eyes. It's never been framed. There is 1 French knot missing as you can see in the photos. I live in an area where there are "Plain" / Amish people. I believe that this was stitched by someone of that culture because as part of their stitchery they always leave an imperfection because the only thing that is perfect is God. I read that somewhere about the Amish Quilts. It would probably be very easy to find a yarn that matches and put the missing French knot in. Excellent condition and super sweet!! Smoke free home.
